High commitment to environmental protection: we are ISO 14001 certified

At HEINKEL, a lot has been done in terms of environmental protection. We have not only optimised internal processes according to ecological aspects, but have also developed a new, environmentally friendly peeler centrifuge BLUETECTOR®. With the successful certification for ISO 14001, HEINKEL lives up to its commitment to use resources economically and to avoid unnecessary waste and emissions.

In addition to the high level of product quality and productivity, with the new BLUETECTOR® peeler centrifuge the user also benefits from a potential energy saving of 50,000 kWh per year. In addition, the centrifuge requires 35 percent less cleaning liquid, shorter filling times and ensures more efficient processes thanks to the patented housing design.

Internally, HEINKEL also puts great emphasis on acting sustainably: Lower electricity consumption, switching to green electricity and reducing CO2 emissions in the gas sector are just some of the measures already implemented. In addition, the HEINKEL sales and service team focuses on electric mobility and the purchasing department is also contributing to sustainability by working intensively with local and European suppliers to avoid long transport routes. With all these measures and with the successful certification, HEINKEL has reached an important milestone for the future in terms of environmental protection and sustainability.
