Service check
By running the service check the customer will receive against payment of a one-time flat fee a complete on-site analysis and submission of a detailed maintenance, repair or update offer for the centrifuge.
Customized maintenance contracts
We offer even more convenience and reliability through our customized maintenance contracts. Customers are able to select between the following types of maintenance contract based on the preliminary service check on your centrifuges, dryers, mixers and fittings:
Basic
This entry-level maintenance contract minimises through preventive inspections on a regular basis the risk that the centrifuge, dryer, mixer and fitting will have to temporarily be shut down because of a failure or malfunction. Compliance with statutory regulations is guaranteed whereby the repeating maintenance dates are monitored and run by us without the need of intervention from the customer. Moreover, the service costs remain within reasonable limits.
Advanced
This maintenance contract is based on the BASIC level and offers in addition a fixed flat rate for wearing and spare parts. Access to our 24/7 hotline is ensured free of charge. This package includes an extended warranty period.
Premium
Within the scope of the PREMIUM agreement the customer will receive the “carefree package” for the centrifuge, dryer, mixer and fitting. All inspection and maintenance work as well as all unscheduled assignments relating to malfunctions are completely covered and are coordinated and implemented by us. Both service life and conservation value of the centrifuge increase considerably. Thus the annual operating costs can be reliably calculated right from the start. Spare parts, training and current documentation are automatically included as components of this package.
