Corona crisis: There for our employees and customers in difficult times

The world is still holding its breath in the face of current developments regarding the corona virus. Especially in this difficult situation we place special emphasis on the protection of our employees, customers and partners. At the same time, service, delivery capability and customer satisfaction are our top priorities.

With the beginning of the crisis, we implemented strict protective measures for all employees early, following the recommendations of the health authorities. By implementing measures such as home office, communication via video conferences and shift operation, we have been able to maintain regular, however limited, business operations in the best possible way up to now – while at the same time adhering to strict hygiene and distance rules. We will continue in doing so, while at the same time always keeping an eye on the strict regulations and protective measures.

It is our main objective to offer our customers the high-quality products and service in the usual quality. Deliveries and supply chains are carefully monitored to ensure that the customer receives the machines and components at the desired time. If delays occur in individual cases, these are communicated and kept to a minimum.

And there is also positive news during this period: In compliance with strict regulations, regular operations were resumed at our Chinese branches in Wuxi near Shanghai and in Foshan near the metropolis of Guangzhou.

We are looking forward with attention to the second half of the year in regards of the numerous trade fair participations planned – from CPhI North America to Expomina in Peru, Powtech in Nuremberg as well as CIPM and CPhI in China.
